Booking Terms

Before booking, check the experience description, guest ages, departure time, meeting point and cancellation deadline. Times are displayed in the experience’s local timezone.

For direct bookings, a paid booking is confirmed after payment has been verified. If Pay On Arrival is offered, the booking is confirmed when your reservation is accepted and payment remains due.

Cancellation deadlines vary by experience and are recorded on your voucher. Eligible cancellations are reviewed by support, and refunds are processed through the original payment method. A booking cancellation is separate from completion of a refund.

Bookings made on partner websites are governed by the partner’s terms. Contact that partner to change or cancel those bookings.
